RoHS II 2011/65 / EU
The RoHS II Directive is the 2011/65 / EU regulation (commonly called RoHS from English: Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) adopted in January 2001 (in Italy 30/03/2014). Mandatory since 1 July 2006, it imposes restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances (Lead - Mercury - Cadmium - Hexavalent chromium - Polybrominated biphenyls PBB - Polybrominated diphenyl ether PBDE) in the construction of various types of electrical and electronic equipment. All LogicaH & S products comply with the RoHS Directive. The RoHS directive is strictly connected with the WEEE directive on the scrapping of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) 2011/65 / UE which regulates the accumulation, recycling and recovery of electrical a legislative initiative to solve the problem of the huge amount of waste generated by obsolete electronic equipment. LogicaH & S is registered in the "National Register of Manufacturers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment" with no. IT08020000001936 and the National Recycling Consortium ECOPED.
Disposal procedure

The symbol on the bottom of the appliance indicates the separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment. At the end of the useful life of the appliance, do not dispose of it as mixed solid municipal waste but dispose of it at a specific collection center located in your area or return it to the distributor when purchasing a new appliance of the same type and used for the same functions. . This procedure for the separate collection of electrical and electronic equipment is carried out in view of a Community environmental policy with the objectives of safeguarding, protecting and improving the quality of the environment and to avoid potential effects on human health due to the presence of hazardous substances in these equipment or improper use of the same or parts of them.
