Spare parts are available for all LogicaH&S production equipment, from the single screw to the more complex electronic board.
For the latter, a technical assistance service is also available that can repair the cards (not just replace them!), guaranteeing comparison-proof assistance costs (often free).
In urgent cases, the sending of a replacement card, new or restored, can be agreed at the same time as the customer sends the card to be repaired, guaranteeing an extremely limited downtime anywhere in the world.
LG36 - Optional connector
for MoistureMouse
The optional connector hooks onto the moisturemouse sensors and allows them to be connected to traditional oven electrodes via a length of cable (standard lengths 1, 2, 5m) and is useful for leaving the sensor outside the stack if there is no there is enough space for the use of very thin strips (<20mm) or in case of reception difficulties.

Stainless steel drilling template for self-piercing electrodes that can be used with MoistureMouse
This article made of stainless steel, was designed by LogicaH & S to allow a simple and rapid positioning of the self-piercing electrodes in the material to be measured. With this tool and any electric screwdriver, in a few seconds it will be possible to insert the electrodes at the correct distance and at the optimal depth to be hooked by the MoistureMouse meter.
